\n\nJob Description\n

The ideal candidate will fulfill the necessary health and professional requirements for onboarding. These include a variety of health history submissions, professional documentations, and specific competency testing.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

\n
• Complete the required Fit Test and 2 Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot)
\n
• Submit Trinity Profile and other professional documentation
\n
• Participate in skills checklist and specialty-specific competency testing
\n
• Provide vaccination documentation for COVID-19, Influenza, MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella
\n
• Undergo Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen and Criminal Background Check
\n
• Ensure license/certificate verification and education verification compliance
\n
• Complete Trinity Conflict of Interest Disclosure and System Access Form
\n

\n\nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n
