Job Description Job Description We are hiring a Project Manager Location: Newark, NJ (Hybrid) Role Overview & Expectations This is a true Project Manager role with hands-on ownership, not just oversight Actively gathers updates, participates in meetings, and collaborates closely with cross-functional teams Responsible for planning, maintaining management notes, coordination, and follow-ups Utility experience is a plus, particularly in managing task sets and release cycles Work Environment & Scope Heavy involvement with a proprietary SaaS platform , enterprise solutions, production releases, and release schedules Focus on delivering solutions and understanding individual tasks within larger releases Requires coordination between onshore and offshore teams, along with frequent client interaction Must be comfortable working with diverse teams and multiple stakeholders Ideal Candidate Profile Personable, proactive, and easy to work with Does not wait for answers—able to find information, drive clarity, and move work forward Owns deliverables end-to-end, understands the “why” behind tasks, and ensures completion Hands-on with stakeholders and occasionally supports technical discussions Experience using project management tools Prior Project Manager experience is required Comfortable coordinating with contractors while avoiding unnecessary outreach delays
