Responsibilities:
Position Overview
Shift: Night Shift - 7:30 PM to 7:30 AM
Schedule: 3 days on / 3 days off rotation
Pay: $16.85/hour with unlimited voluntary overtime
Operation: 24/7/365 distribution center
Path to Permanent: Full-time hire opportunities with $3/hour increase + comprehensive benefits
What You'll Do
Operate forklifts and material handling equipment in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
Move loads efficiently while maintaining strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance
Work with RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS)
Meet productivity goals and objectives in distribution center operations
Adhere to stringent safety standards and workplace safety procedures

Skills:
Clamp truck experience highly desired
Experience with counterbalance forklifts, reach trucks, or order pickers
Background in distribution center operations
Knowledge of inventory management and material handling
5S and continuous improvement experience
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
1+ years of forklift operation experience (Required)
OSHA forklift certification preferred
Safety-first mindset with proven track record
Excellent communication skills
Solid computer skills and experience with RF/WMS systems
Ability to work in fast-paced warehouse operations
